Our Guarantee

We guarantee all our plants to be true to name and in good condition upon leaving our garden center.

We guarantee all our evergreens, shrubs and trees for one year from the date of purchase. If you planted the plant and it fails to grow within the guaranteed period we will replace the plant once at half the original cost. No cash refunds. Your receipt and dead plant must be returned for replacement.

If we installed the plant, contact us and let us know the problem and we will replace the plant at no cost.

Replacement plants are not guaranteed.

Annuals, perennials, tropical plants and house plants are guaranteed to be in good condition upon leaving our garden center. No other guarantee applies to these plants.
